NORTH-EAST DISTRICT BEAVERS EGG HUNT AND PICNIC
VENUE: BRADGATE PARK
DATE: SUNDAY 8TH MAY
COST PER CHILD: £3.00
Meet at Hallgates Car Park (Cropston Reservoir end) between 9.00 and 10 am when
Beavers will be given instruction.
Egg Hunt should take approximately 3 hours. Then followed by a picnic.
Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn. Plus soft drinks for on walk if
required.
Please bring your own individual picnics labelled with child’s name these will be kept
in a vehicle until required at the end. The event is open to families all children
wanting eggs must pay the £3.00 fee.
Normal parent consent forms to be used.
Please book as soon as possible, with payment by seeing any of the 43rd Beaver Leaders.
Please ask for a consent form which must be completed.
The closing date for our group to submit numbers & details is 15th April.
